How do I join your loyalty programme?
Simply create an account and you will automatically become part of our loyalty rewards programme. Alternatively, you can join by clicking on the 'Check Rewards' tab on the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 10 points for every £1 that you spend in store. Each time you earn points, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. When you create an account you will automatically earn 100 points. You can also follow us on social media and refer us to your friends.
How do I check my loyalty points?
Each time you shop online you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From the email you can click the link to access your customer account and check your rewards. Alternatively, click the 'Check Rewards' tab on our website.
How do I check loyalty points and redeem rewards?
When you've unlocked your points to redeem the offer, you will receive a unique reward code. You can redeem your reward code on our payment page during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the discount bar and click apply (only one coupon code per order).
I haven't ordered for a long time, do I still have points?
Your account may be automatically cancelled if you haven't placed an order after 12 months. Inactive accounts can be restored with all your previous points if you just send us an email.
Any account inactive for more than 12 months will be closed and any remaining points will be cancelled. Please contact us if you would like your account and points to be restored after any long periods of inactivity. Honeypie Mineral's loyalty points scheme is operated at our discretion. We have the right to cancel the scheme at any point in the future. Points are deducted on products that have been returned or refunded. We retain the right to withdraw certain products from the scheme or change the exchange value or amount of points available on products. Points are only offered on the value paid and excludes the cost of shipping. Half points cannot be given. There is no minimum order requirement to receive points. Points are earned when the order has been paid.
